It is my curse that I have to mess things up to make my life more interesting. Hence this site has yet another look and has returned to its original name.
Note: I have changed it again 7/08

The good thing about owning a web blog is that you can change anything and everything you want. I felt that the old title “High Desert Views” sounded more like the title of a newspaper, which this blog is not. “Enough!” reflects my fed-up-ness with the powers-that-be screwing us and, at the same time, letting us pick up the check.
I did a search for “Enough!” and found one blog in Denmark using the name. The owner is a right-winger who seems to be angry at his father. Because I lean more toward social-anarchism or libertarinism, I think it is ok for me to use the name. Also, I am not angry at my father and I enjoy critiquing anyone who abuses his power.
I will retain “High Desert Views” as a subtitle so that I may justify any other material I see fit to use. I am giddy with power!
I am honored at the attention this site is getting, especially in light of the fact that the original idea for my starting a weblog came from a writer friend who was looking for a way to make money with her work. My intentions here (and my writing skills) were more modest, I just wanted to write and see it published, even if no one read it.
Without adversing or listing on search engines, and in spite of the move in February from blogger.com, High Desert Views is receiving an average of 80 unique visitors a day. Whether or not readers visit this site out of genuine interests or morbid curiosity, I don’t know, but the attention is cause for thinking that I could be more diligent with my postings. I am flattered to have so many visitors. Thank you all!
